7d problem with spot reading

All exposures are with the camera saying the meter reading is correct.

Different subjects. As you can see the exposer are light .


With spot reading. this is what happens most of the time. Camera reading accurately.

                     Im not posting all But i used M /av/Tv/program. All ok. With spot reading not ok.
